Roger Clemente
Ever see those pants, usually of khaki like consistency, that you can unzip the legs off and they become shorts? Well, how about the NHL try something like this for the hockey fan who wants the really authenic look. The shorts part will be modelled after the teams actual pants and the legs of them, that can be taken off, can look like the teams socks. Here are a few examples: (copy and paste)http://www.geocities.com/rogerclemente_isx/shorts.gifMind you, I probably wouldn't recommend wearing the legs unless your wearing the jersey to go with it, but the shorts can be worn anywhere.--Roger "Time?" -kj
Are these actually happening, or just a concept?They're... unique... Buy some t-shirts and stuff at KJ Shop! JQK
I'D BUY THOSE!!!i'd look retarded, but i'd buy 'em.I always wanted the NFL to come out with windbreaker-type pants that had the design of each teams on-field pants. So a a Giants pair of pants would be gray with red-blye-red stripes on the side. It would work great if you then had the jerseys. I think it's a neat little marketing idea that should be tried... STL FANATIC
I too would buy them. The socks look crazy that thick, but oh well, that's not what it is about. No doubt the NFL should do what JQK said. JUSTIN STRIEBEL | PORTFOLIO | RESUME | CONTACT
GMS1122
it would be odd looking without the jersey, but i would probably buy them too GMS on dribbbleErie Apparel

Puckguy14
Roger, I'd suggest you get a patent ASAP. It's something we all would buy. But I can't stress how much to get a copyright. I got screwed over by my San Jose Sharks. I won't go into details. But get it done before CCM steals it. Nice concept! 2004 San Jose Sharks 7th Man Fan of the Year San Jose Gold Miners - 4x Lombardi Cup Champions

yh
I'm beginning to be very happy that I can't actually see any of you right now......yikes... ???Methinks the generation gap has you and me sitting in our own camp, Donovan. I don't even think I would have worn these during the peak of my buying-all-my-clothes-at-Chess King days.
Roger Clemente
Thank you people for your encouraging input. But how does one patent a product who sole use is for trademarked sports teams? Not to mention these pants do exist, just not in the NHL team patterns and colors.--Roger "Time?" Clemente. -kj
I think I'm on the upper end of this generation gap.. and that doesn't happen all that often. I think I'd like just the shorts part, without the sock-legs. Buy some t-shirts and stuff at KJ Shop! IronChefShark
the thing is hardly any NHL teams left have custom designed pants. only ones I could think of are the ducks, wild, hawks, wings, rangers and habs. I mean, get either a black, royal blue, or dark blue set of pants and it could pass for a few NHL teams. only two teams I believe have solid red pants (jackets, canes)the socks thing though could work. dont they allready sell stocking caps that are in the pattern of each particular NHL team's sock striping? Puckguy14
And yes, they do sell hockey sock caps. I'm trying to find the Sharks. shiznit1083
The pants are a great idea. I wouldn't buy them, but from the mixed reaction on the board alot of people would buy them. I think it would be a great idea for roller hockey pants. Then I would definitley buy them.
