FiddySicks
Yeah so, Minnesota is taking the defending champs to the absolute woodshed. Holy hell. 1 1 1 Quote On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: She’s still half convinced “Chris Creamer” is a porn site.)
Germanshepherd
Hopefully this marks the end of them putting 5280 on the front. 2 1 Quote i have unquantifiable corpses on my conscience
Germanshepherd
But also wow. This is a hard-to-comprehend result. Were Bruce Brown/Jeff Green just that important to Denver? Are Anthony Edwards and the TWolves already that much better? Is there so much parity now that even the defending champs can get punked? Is Jamal Murray waaaaay more hurt than we thought? Are the Lakers superturbotrash? Some of those are yes, but I’m not sure which ones. There’s also a chance this is just a bad night and we get a competitive Game 3/rest of series. 1 Quote i have unquantifiable corpses on my conscience
who do you think
This is without Gobert, too. How about Charmin Anthony-Towns stepping up in his absence. Although this does kind of drive home the point that you just don't need them both. 12 hours ago, TrueYankee26 said: Ant's style of play does resemble Mike I'll entertain a Dwyane Wade comparison when/if he wins a ring. FiddySicks
The thing that’s so surprising to me is just how stifling the T Wolves defense looked without their best defender. The Wolves are gonna be a problem for any of the remaining teams. 1 Quote On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: She’s still half convinced “Chris Creamer” is a porn site.) gosioux76
I remember as a 12-year-old the sense of disbelief I had that Minnesota, my state, was getting an NBA team. My dad drove me two hours on a school night to attend the Timberwolves' inaugural NBA draft party where they made Pooh Richardson their first-ever draft pick. I was at the Metrodome for a preseason match to watch Magic and the Lakers take on a team led by Tony Campbell and Tyrone Corbin. I'm going to celebrate every second of this incredible team.

As well you should. In the four years I lived up in South Dakota (which meant I was in Minneapolis often), the T-wolves support was, at best, apathetic. If that's what I saw in just four years, I can only imagine how the last 15-20 has felt. Actually, post-KG, I can't even remember the last time the Wolves were halfway relevant! Maybe during the short while they had Jimmy Butler up there? (That is just a rough guess.) Whatever the case, your Wolves are reminding me a whole lot of last year's Grizzlies—only more mature and a heckuva lot less reckless. And now that Jamal Murray may have literally "tossed" his way out of the next game (if not more), there's a very real chance 5280 might have the brooms pulled out on them. EDIT: spoke too soon. No suspension, just a $100K fine... 1 Quote *Disclaimer: I am not an authoritative expert on stuff...I just do a lot of reading and research and keep in close connect with a bunch of people who are authoritative experts on stuff. || dribbble || Behance ||

Why exactly was there like a week off between games 2 and 3? Jamal Murray really shouldn't have played last night. 1 1 Quote 1 hour ago, ShutUpLutz! said: and the drunken doodoobags jumping off the tops of SUV's/vans/RV's onto tables because, oh yeah, they are drunken drug abusing doodoobags

In part because Nuggets/T-Wolves played two games before Celtics/Cavs played one. So it was a combination of tv scheduling and letting the other series’ catch up. Anthony Edward’s threw a chair while leaving the court in their series last year, injuring two fans, and didn’t get suspended.

He should have been suspended for that last year and Jamal Murray should have been suspended this year. TalktoChuck
Anthony Edwards is flat-out amazing. He's a lot more fun to watch when he isn't playing your team, though. On the other hand, KAT has to be my least favorite "good" player to watch to play. Dude is soft as tissue.

Germanshepherd
My Wolves/Nuggets observations were way premature. Champs look like the champs again. Hopefully we get both teams playing good for the final three games. The Knicks just need to find their footing without OG Anunoby and Mitchell Robinson. The ORebs from Robinson and bench/defense energy from OG have been sorely missing from the past two games. If Indy closed out G1, we’d be one Pacers win away from the randomest conference finals participant I can remember.
