Sports fonts

....but Im having a hell of a time finding sports fonts. particulary font that at least resemble the vikings or bears.

I know the topic has been brought up before, but maybe we should have it listed as a resource for anyone looking for the fonts.

i believe you can find the vikings font at sharkshock.com ......if its not there, i know its somewhere, because i have it

SharkShock Famous Fonts

Larabie Fonts (this guy made a lot of the SharkShock fonts if I'm right, and he has lots more at his site here)

Abstract Fonts (they advertise having almost 10,000 free fonts)

Roger Clemente's NHL Jersey Number and Letter Resources (not exactly fonts, but definitely relevant)

That's all I can think of. There's hundreds of "free fonts" sites out there, but Abstract Fonts is probably the biggest. You just have to wade through the pop-ups, but you don't have to sign up or anything.

SharkShock lacks quantity, but makes up for it in quality. Look there first for sports teams' fonts. There and the Larabie Fonts site.

Here's to the hope nobody will ever have to ask about fonts again.

Someone should post this under templates, and then Chis or Tank could maybe change the title of that thread to Concept Resources and the description to Templates, Fonts, Lettering, Numbering or something.

yeah this thread should be moved to the template thread. if it was there in the first place I wouldnt have had to make this thread.

Of course, I could have posted in the template thread, but I knew I had less of a chance at a response if I did.

I did get the vikings font I was looking for though, thanks guys.
