Slater
I'm old enough to remember this failed league from the mid 1970's. They mamaged to sign some big NFL names lime Larry Czonka, Jim Kiick, and Mercury Morris but failed to find a fan base. That, along with shaky finances and other factors doomed them early. Anyone else remember?
CaolinaJoe
Somewhat. But where did you intend for this to go? Or are you just trying to call out all the old people? "It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of thepress. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom ofspeech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given usthe freedom to demonstrate. And it is the soldier who salutes theflag, serves beneath the flag, whose coffin is draped by the flag, andwho allows the protester to burn the flag."Marine Chaplain Dennis Edward O' Brien

sc49erfan15
There are a few sites, mainly directed toward individual teams. Defunct/old leagues are something that I've always been interested in.Charlotte HornetsPhiladelphia BellWFL Uniforms
