OMMF
Considering that the NFL brands anything it can, I really doubt they'd want to give up logo space to the Big East.
thegame4219
Nice try but it really doesnt work, NFL wouldnt like it, the Big East wouldn't like it
MJWalker45
The simplest, and smartest thing to do is put Pittsburgh in both end zones, one in Steelers font, one in Pitt font or simply put Pittsburgh in both end zones instead of one. Then simply paint the NFL or NCAA logo at mid field depending on who is playing that day.
the admiral
I like the colored diamonds in the endzones.
Chazberg
How 'bout they just paint it for the Steelers and the Panthers can shut up and play there too because they're not a pro team? Seriously what's the big deal, they should feel privelaged to play in the same stadium as such a storied NFL franchise. So what if there's a Steelers logo at midfield and it says Steelers in the endzone? Tulane plays at the Superdome, and they keep the Saints paint job right? MJWalker45
Normally they will at least put Tulane in one end zone. Temple however, does not usually change the field at Lincoln Financial
andrewharrington
does minnesota alter the metrodome? i recall seing it totally blank for some gophers home games, but that was beyond my confident memory threshold, so im not sure.

Both teams should be honored that it even exists.
thegame4219
Minnesota does alter the metrodome for NCAA games. And the changing of field art is all convered in the Team's lease with the stadium

DJSpeedy
They made a huge mistake in the first place by naming the stadium Heinz Field. It's a TOTAL slap in the face to Arthur J. Rooney - the man who brought pro football to the city of Pittsburgh. It's a damn shame the field isn't named Rooney Field...but that's just my opinion... Hey if i pay the money to have the stadium kept running why in the world would i name it after somebody other than my company.H.J. Heinz pays $2.9 million for Heinz Field why would they pay $2.9 million for Rooney Field.P.S. Naming stadiums (or fields or courts) after a single person only really happens in the NCAA

Mings
pittsburgh could have named it that if they wanted to, im sure the owner did want to at one time, but a corporate name pays off for the team and increases revenue just from the naming rights.
