That being said, it's a nice jersey, but the logo might need some tweaking because, to me, it looks like the Redhawks' long lost brother, only facing the other way... For instance, the primary logo has no yellow, but it's really prominent in the jersey. Also, on the home jersey, white is only found on the number, and it looks out of place to me.I'd also suggest seperating the yellow and silver with black. They wash together, IMO. I might pull down the black point under the beak a bit.
