(Coca-Cola, Home Depot, United Parcel, etc, etc)CLT has financing, but not enough, and NASCAR has their hands out to the general public... and we've been down those roads too many times recently, it just won't fly coming from taxpayers. paynomind Posted March 7, 2006 Share Posted March 7, 2006 Well, that assures I'll never go.NASCAR should have located it where tourism already WAS, so they could get the second-tier fans engaged further, not in a place that will have to become a destination for the fans, or where they existing fans already live.I feel liek they should have had a goal of getting more people intot he HOF than CHarlotte will be able to provide.But, Char is a nice place, congrats.
