IRVING, Texas - After finishing 6-10 last season, changes were undoubtedly expected for the Cowboys this off-season.

The first big change will start at the scouting department, where longtime Director of College and Pro scouting Larry Lacewell will retire from the position. Lacewell, a longtime friend of Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones, came to the Cowboys in 1992 as the Director of College scouting.

expect the rest of the coaching staff to lose there jobs as well.

until bill stop bringing in scrubs the cowboys will continue to be 6-10.

the problem isn't lacewell, the problem is bill and his mishandling of the team.

henson should have played not vinny. brilliant move bill.

least i have something to look forward with the texans
