Teams that use the ball in their logo...

OK, this is kinda stupid but I'm bored. It seems very few teams use the ball from their sport in their own logo, except in basketball. And when they do, the color of the ball is usually changed. My idea is to force those teams to play with a basketball of that color. So here's what would transpire:

Pacers: yellow ball with blue stripes

Lakers: yellow ball with purple stripes

Magic: blue ball with silver stripes

Jazz: purple, yellow, and green ball

Sonics: yellow ball with green stripes

76ers: white ball with blue stripes

Nets: half blue/half red ball (throwback logo)

Pistons: red ball with blue stripes

Hornets: yellow ball with teal stripes

Mavericks: green ball with blue stripes (throwback logo)

Bucks: dark green ball with silver stripes

Nets: silver ball with blue stripes

Heat/Suns: both would use regular balls, but would have flames coming out of them...should give new meaning to "fast break".

Have I left any teams out? If so, who cares?

While I'm at it, here's another thought that keeps me up at night: On the Dolphins helmet, there is a dolphin wearing a football helmet with an M on it. Shouldn't the dolphin be wearing a Dolphins helmet, which in turn would have an even smaller dolphin on, also wearing a Dolphins helmet?? :therock:
