Personally, I think Miami's current identity is pretty good.I'd have liked this if it had been their original logo (if the Suns had not put a stop to it), but it is not as good as what they ended up using.I'd almost rather see the horizon line be more left-to-right. AAO Posted January 22, 2005 Share Posted January 22, 2005 you had a pretty good idea here. but the only way to warp text in paint is to do it in word as word art and then copy and paste into paint, and do whatever. you can give the wordmark outlines in word as well. Cashcleaner Posted January 23, 2005 Share Posted January 23, 2005 Putting a small outline on the text would be the first thing I would work on. Lettering seems best effective that way, I think. Also, while I quite like the sun/ball logo, maybe you should make the horizon a more solid eclipse to give it more definition.I see where you are going with it though, and it's not bad for a first draft. Cashcleaner Posted January 23, 2005 Share Posted January 23, 2005 Hey now, MS Paint is a damned fine prog to use for graphics.So long as you have a good three hours on your hands.To draw a few lines and colour stuff in.And get the text the way you want it.Other than all that, it's still pretty good as graphics progs go.
