Welcome my man. Good idea on the "sitting back before you join" idea. There's a lot of things you could learn here and there's also a lot of people you could piss off, even if you say the slightest thing that goes against what they believe. Hang in there and tread softly and you'll be okay!

Welcome. Wat up. :D

I was new about almost exactly a month ago

hey as long as you dont get trash canned as many times as this guy dose, youll be okay :P

And as long as you spell better than this guy does, we won't throw you to the lions.

(j/k bro)

So many typos.

Welcome new guy. We all were new once. Some wore out those welcomes fast though. Like me. Luckily the window over the sink can be jimmied open so I keep sneaking back in.

Welcome, both to you and all newbies!

Not to be unfriendly, a prude or a PITA (Pain In The Ass), but one way to be a good member of the community is to spell correctly, use proper punctuation, and avoid abbreviations that make you look like an idiot.

While you (and I for that matter) readily admit to not being "artistic," using "ur" instead of "your", "u" instead of "you" and so forth makes one seem autistic as well.
