Is it nice? My high school band's going there in April as part of a music festival. I live in Massachusetts and it looks pretty ugly on TV, but I've heard it's kinda good. We might even play the National Anthems. I know there's a lot of Canadians on the forums.

SkyDome? Never heard of it.

You're new so I'm allowed to say it again (:P to everyone else)

I've worked for the Toronto Blue Jays for the past three seasons and I'm scheduled to do so in 2005 for a fourth -- I've been to almost every Jays home game since the beginning of the 2002 season.

Hooray!

Skydome is a good stadium. I went to a few games last year, and now that I'm moving to the city and cause they're a better team I'll probably be there more (sorry Chris, but stop hiding in the Club 200! I can't always sneak up there!).

Plus I've joined the Blue Jays fan club, although all I've gotten so far is a fan club card with the Jays' old logo on it and two little magazines. I have no clue on what events are going on.

The only problems that haunt the stadim is the atmosphere. See, when the dome is closed, it kinda sucks. The lighting seems a bit stale and the scenery is... well... concrete. Now that the Blue Jays finally own their stadium, changes are gonna happen to get that stadium out of the 90's.

Skydome, located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Home to the Toronto Blue Jays, Toronto Argonauts, and former home for the Toronto Raptors. One time the proposed home for the Toronto Toros of the second coming of the WHA. It was also the stadium used for the ESPN drama, Playmakers.

The Mighty Mr. Creamer knows that place inside and out. I plan to go this summer myself.

Skydomes allright, bad when the roofs closed good when its open. Its great on a nice warm sunny day first row level 500 homplate Toronto Vs. Montreal. Yeah that was my last Toronto - Montreal game.

Question to Chris : Are the jays doing that season pass thing for 81 bucks again?

Skydome is a pretty nice stadium at times, though it kinda does depend on what you're watching.

Had season ticekts for the Argonauts a couple years back and saw quite a few home games. One thing that I never liked was watching football with the dome closed. It just makes the pitch look really small and compacted visually.

Other than that, the promenades look okay, and there is quite a bit to see and do during half-time. Never been to see baseball though, but I would imagine the roof comment applies as well.
