BallWonk Posted February 11, 2005 Share Posted February 11, 2005 Word in Washington today is that the Potomac Cannons are going to announce a new name, and maybe logo/unis, at their annual banquet on Sunday, Feb. 13. (Or high-A. I can't remember which.) I used to go to Cannons games all the time as a younger kid, it's a real shame to see a name/logo set that I've always liked be dumped for a dumb MLB copy, affiliations be damned.
