Change the Jersey, Win a Title

For some reason it seems when a team changes their uniform, they win a championship. Broncos made a swtich, next year Elway got his ring, Marlins made a switch, they won the 2003 World Series, I think the Pistons won the NBA title right after their switch, the Patriots did it when they switched, I'm sure there's plenty of examples. It's just weird though.

Add the TB Bucs to the list. They got really good in the red/pewter and even won, but the last two years, they should have worn Bucco Bruce full time. On the opposite end of the spectrum, the Pittsburgh Penguins and their cups.

And the Minnesota Twins as well.

Some people on this bolard have told me to do just that.

Houston Rockets as well

Didn't the Dallas Cowboys win two Super Bowls in the early '90s, then change their jerseys ? to the stars and the shoulders and opposite coloured sleeves ? and burn out the next season? Maybe I've got that wrong.

ok but get this. the astros were really good in the late 90s, then the first year they changed top the new unis, they were one of, if not the worst teams in the league.

Don't worry. Almost everything has been discussed before.

A uniform change helps change attitude. Of course, you still need talent.

The Falcons-The year after changing uniforms, we win the NFC South.

That's an example. I think the Eagles started to tear up the league when they got a new logo set.

Actually, they squeaked into the playoffs the first year, then began a downward spiral that resulted in Ray Rhodes getting canned, and some idiot named Andy Reid that had never even been a coordinator getting hired. Then they draft McNabb instead of Ricky Williams. It's been all down hill since.

Those were throwbacks, and they nearly won (evil 49ers).
