Gary
Michigan State's men and women teams both make the Final Four. Would of been cool if they done what UConn did last year, but oh well
HappyBrownie13
ya, i found the LSU loss to be much more shocking than the Tennessee one. This LSU bunch is arguably the most talented team in women's college hoops since the Taurasi/Bird bunch at UConn 4 or 5 years ago. I had em penciled in to win it all...not that too many folks care! HatCityEnforcer
Tennessee blew a 16 point lead...I'm crying for them, really I am Seeing that my favorite teams in women's hoops are UConn and whoever's playing against the Vols it's fine with me that they folded like a cheap card table to a VERY VERY good Michigan State team (believe they were in the top 5 for most of the season)...LSU was more of the shocker to me, IMO...the Lady Tigers were #1 for most of the year and they were my pick to win it all...Ah well..GO SPARTANS! Broken Record
I watched most of the game and it looked to me like Tennessee had more talent than MSU, but talent doesn't always equal wins.On a side note, I know that women's basketball is not noted for attractive ladies, but sheeesh... Michigan State's team had to be one of the ugliest collections of women I have ever seen in one place. It looked like they went back in time to the old Soviet Union and invaded a female logging camp.
