EagleFan344
Why is nobody suggesting Iverson for MVP? Hes definitely in the top 3.
See Red
Why is nobody suggesting Iverson for MVP? Hes definitely in the top 3. Because his team has been battling it out for the 8th spot in the East. If the Sixers were top 2 or 3 in the East in terms of record and not being put there because they win a crappy division -- I think he'd be getting a lot more consideration than he is.Nothing against Iverson -- he still means more to his team than just about any body, the but the award is generally given out to players on teams near the top of the league. HappyBrownie13
LeBron James If LeBron is MVP, then the Hawks are going to win every single game from here on out. he wont win it, but he will finish in the top 4 in voting and be first-team all NBA. He's carried this team on his shoulders, and is an amazing stat-stuffer from night to night. Just tonight he had 33 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists, and 5 steals. He's having one of the 2 or 3 statistically best seasons in the NBA this year. And the kicker? LeBron is well on pace to average 25+ pts (currently at 26.8), 7+ rebs (7.1), and 7+ asts (7.2), making him the first player since the Big O, Oscar Robertson, to do that for the entire season. He also averages 2.22 steals per game, and has a solid 2/1 TO Ratio for a big guy handling the ball at 20 years old. He also has 7 complete games (48+ minutes per game) in the last month and a half, and still produces.LeBron is simply an amazing basketball player. Now the Cavaliers just need to get a little more talent around him when you're replacing an old Carr, you need more than Les Miles
