Since 1919....New York Yankees - 26 World ChampionshipsBoston Red Sox - 1 World ChampionshipOh yea, the Yankees are just garbage........ Clearly the biggest choke in the history of professional sports has been forgotten.How soon we forget. Blowing a 14 game lead in 1978, or how about blowing a 5-2 lead 5 outs from the World Series? So, we choked, I really dont care, it doesnt take away from the ring count. Wow, 2000, that so so so long go. I really can't remember it? What happened? Who did we beat? What was the series score? Yup, the Yankees last World Series title happened ages ago. You're right, we suck, we haven't won a title in 5 years, well, whatcha gonna do?
