Ghostriders? No! Those guys stole our name.

We even have a good story behind it too, which I won't get into right now.

Jerks.

Oh great, I may just have to make a DOWN WITH THE AIFL rant. Well first off, it's a skeleton riding a :cursing: Harley, the color scheme (Black, White and AQUA?) is too predictable, it's stolen from some other team and it don't depict football.

Oh gugh, will some one at the AFL do something with these renegade leagues? Anyone else with me?

The league hasn't played a game yet, and already one team's gone under.

Real stability there.

Better than the stability issues involved with a team folding mid season in a first year league.

I know of a nearby vacant lot these traveling circuses can use :D

Yeah, but then it's not "arena" football ... unless the circus leaves their tents up.

Do the phrases "copyright infringement" and "cease and desist" mean anything to the AIFL?

Evidently not, but will that stop them ripping off another team in another sport? NO.

Blah I was hoping to avoid this conversation.

I made this logo whichever morning the team was announced so it could be sent out to the printers that afternoon and could be made for the helmets. This whole team folding decision was made last minute and I found out 11:30pm on wednesday I beleive.

A name like ghost riders.. well I guess I could have went with the ghost on a horse.. but having 2 logos with guys riding horses wasnt a good idea in my mind.

The logo isn't done yet this is only a temp. As I said above something was needed very quickly. Im working on their site right now.
