bigcoyotes
One day I was board so I made a cross between the Houston Oilers and the Houston Texans. Hope you enjoy. Coment Please.
Thad
valliant effort man... but I don't think those colors really work with the Texans design... BBTV
White helmet would work better. "The views expressed here are mine and do not reflect the official opinion of my employer or the organization through which the Internet was accessed."

jrh31584
Replacing the light blue half of the helmet logo on the first set with royal blue or navy would be an improvement.
schtee
these are dope. the texans should definitely incorporate some powder blue to honor the old franchise @aghease
winters in buffalo
But the old franchise is still rockin the powder blue!
Perfect Zero
The reason for me powder blue dosen't work is because the Texans design is based on the colors of the Texas flag. I'm not a fan of too much of it, but a little with the current colors would be acceptable.
Saint Zephyr III
As previously said, a white helmet would work wonders for this. Though not a bad effort by a long shot.
Bouj
these are dope. the texans should definitely incorporate some powder blue to honor the old franchise Nice idea, but the Texans should NEVER incorporate anything to do with those gagging backstabbers. And in case there is any doubt. I am a Texans fan. I grew up an Oilers fan, and lived and died with them through Luv Ya Blue and the Run-&-Shoot eras, and all the bad times in between. When the Oilers left, it didn't get the run that the Browns leaving Cleveland or even the Colts leaving Baltimore got, but there was an equal amount of pain and anger here. It got lost in the shuffle because Bud Adams announced the move a year in advance, so the backlash was spread out over the course of the football season (by way of no one going to any of the games - they might have gotten 30% of the Astrodome's capacity that last season).I think the Texans should "honor" the old franchise by beating them twice a year until the end of time and winning a Super Bowl before the Titans do. I remember being in Memphis when i was younger (like 97 or 98, whenever they announced they were moving to Tennessee) and my cousin Mike Whipped out a Tennessee Oilers shirt. All i remember saying was "Woah thats crazy, i thought the oilers were in Houston!!!" On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: She’s still half convinced “Chris Creamer” is a porn site.)
