as mentioned in another thread on the sports logos forum, today the Giants honored the greatest pitcher in franchise history, Juan Marichal. A 9 foot bronze statue of Marichal was unveiled today at Lefty O'Doul Plaza about two hours before the Bay Bridge Series game against the A's
