yankeeman161 Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 Well, someone started a thread about the best sports game that anyone's attended, I guess it's right that I started the worst sports game that people have attended. Here's mine:August 31, 2004 Indians vs. Yankees Yankee StadiumRESULT: Indians 22, Yankees 0It was horrible to see that the Tribe dominate the Yankees inning after inning and I stood and saw every agonizing minute. If it were the Sox, I would have mooned Damon and Ramirez in the outfield. Worst. Game. Ever! THE TOUGHEST S.O.B. IN THE CCSLC!Satan Lives! The Devil On Earth Breathes! -Jim Ross about Vince McMahon, WM 22"THAT WAS THE WORD OF YANKEEMAN"26 World Championships and still going strong. Get used to it Red Sox Nation!"Yankees win! Theeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Yankees win!" -John Sterling after every Yankee winTo Be The Yankees, You Gotta Whoooooooooo!!! beat the Yankees!!!
NJTank Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 Opening Day 2003 Mets Vs Cubs the Final score was like 15-3 I left in the 7th and sat behind the RF foul pole, and got a sun burn in 40 dergee weather. www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com

pcgd Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 I cant' think of any specific games that were really bad unless we lost and I was playing in them. But I've got to think any game in the NFL that ends in a tie would be the worst. It only happens like once every 5 years...but that would suck.
slapshot Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 I went to an NBA game once. Maybe twice. Back-to-Back Fatal Forty Champion 2015 & 2016
CC97 Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 August 14, 1999A's beat the Jays 13-5... Now, I've seen much worse blowouts in my many games attended, but this one was 11-0 Oakland in the 2nd inning. But hey, at least I got to see Tim Hudson as a rookie. --- Chris Creamer Founder/Editor, SportsLogos.Net "The Mothership" • News • Facebook • X/Twitter • Instagram

FiddySicks Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 Pro Bowls are in Hawaii. How can Hawaii be boring? Oh dont get me wrong Hawaii rules! Its the game itself that really drags on. Its a cool game and everything, but theres nothing at stake. On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: She’s still half convinced “Chris Creamer” is a porn site.)

Stampman Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 1988 Winter Olympics--Poland vs France in hockey--Yawn--neither team seemed to have heard of forechecking, except for one player on France.(There was some good hockey played that year though--And I was there for some of it--making up for this game.) Comic Sans walks into a bar, and the bartender says, "Sorry, we don't serve your type here."

Mac6674 Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 Kickoff classic 1996, I believe, maybe 1998, I've blocked it out. It was after Rashard Casey got arrested. Penn State vs. USC; Penn State got killed, only scored 5 points, I think. Just brutal.
DEAD! Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 Other than the Nationals/Jays game on Sunday.... I was at a Leaf game in November of 2000. Leafs blew out the Bruins. There was really no atmosphere in that game. I'm sitting in the greens which cost $70. Leaf tickets are a waste of money, unless you have a lot of money to begin with. Thankfully someone gave me the ticket(s) as a gift..... I saw, I came, I left.
