Worst Game You've Ever Attended

Well, someone started a thread about the best sports game that anyone's attended, I guess it's right that I started the worst sports game that people have attended. Here's mine:

August 31, 2004 Indians vs. Yankees

Yankee Stadium

RESULT: Indians 22, Yankees 0

It was horrible to see that the Tribe dominate the Yankees inning after inning and I stood and saw every agonizing minute. If it were the Sox, I would have mooned Damon and Ramirez in the outfield. Worst. Game. Ever! :cursing:

Opening Day 2003 Mets Vs Cubs the Final score was like 15-3 I left in the 7th and sat behind the RF foul pole, and got a sun burn in 40 dergee weather.

Accually the worlds most boring games i have been to are all All Star games.

2001 and 2002 Pro Bowls, Pro Bowls are fun, but are boring.

2004 All Star game, Awesome game but the NL got blown out.

I think it was November of 2004, I went to the Hawks game and they played the Wizards. I think the score was 124-76. PATHETIC <_<

Isnt every Hawks game pathetic?

Hey I also went to a game they actually won-against the Sixers, of all teams :P

But yeah, 99% of their games suck balls.

I cant' think of any specific games that were really bad unless we lost and I was playing in them.

But I've got to think any game in the NFL that ends in a tie would be the worst. It only happens like once every 5 years...but that would suck.

August 14, 1999

A's beat the Jays 13-5... Now, I've seen much worse blowouts in my many games attended, but this one was 11-0 Oakland in the 2nd inning.

But hey, at least I got to see Tim Hudson as a rookie.

Pro Bowls are in Hawaii. How can Hawaii be boring?

Oh dont get me wrong Hawaii rules! Its the game itself that really drags on. Its a cool game and everything, but theres nothing at stake.

worst would have been last friday night but i didnt go (first game in a while i missed)

i could nominate Swans matches but i dont go to there matches (mainly cos they are 800km's away)

so i nominate for the worst.......NBL Grand Final 1997, 1998, 1999,2000, the Titans/Magic lost in all these Grand Finals excetpf or the 2001 i think we missed out.

1988 Winter Olympics--Poland vs France in hockey--Yawn--neither team seemed to have heard of forechecking, except for one player on France.

(There was some good hockey played that year though--And I was there for some of it--making up for this game.)

Kickoff classic 1996, I believe, maybe 1998, I've blocked it out. It was after Rashard Casey got arrested. Penn State vs. USC; Penn State got killed, only scored 5 points, I think. Just brutal.

Other than the Nationals/Jays game on Sunday.... ^_^ I was at a Leaf game in November of 2000. Leafs blew out the Bruins. There was really no atmosphere in that game. I'm sitting in the greens which cost $70. Leaf tickets are a waste of money, unless you have a lot of money to begin with. Thankfully someone gave me the ticket(s) as a gift..... :)

Hey, I was at that game -- and I've only been to four Leafs games in my life.

I had Standing Room Only 'seats', $35 a ticket
