jkrdevil
There certainly is FSN in New England?FSN New England. I'm not sure what it is in New York, but FSN took over all the former SportsChannel regional networks. I thought all New England had was NESN. There is a FSN New York however the Mets are leaving to start a new network and the Devils are probably going to leave to either the Met channel YES. That leaves only the Isles on FSN New York. Cablevision hust might move them to MSG and use Metro for when there are double game (they do that know).
slapshot
SportsChannel and NESN were competing networks, as well as ESPN (nationwide). SC had the Celtics and Whalers, NESN had the Sox and Bruins, and college hockey with Hockey East.I don't remember if FSN took over SC before the Whalers moved to Carolina, but the WolfPack had games on it occasionally.NESN has their own broadcasts, and they show a lot of the ESPN regional broadcasts of college football and basketball (ESPN Plus). NJTank
I wont be shocked if the Iles join the Mets Network too, and MSG becomes the FSN affilate. www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com

I don't know if the NHL will give up on Phoenix, considering they have, literally, a brand new arena, and they have pretty good support, and oh yeah, Gretzky's there. That's the one team I think will stay of all the sunbelts. Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.
