Coolest Game Used Sports Item You Have

After every Buccos game, Jack Wilson and some other players throw their writbands and batting gloves into the stands, so last week at a Pirates game (I had 2nd row seats behind the dugout) Jack threw his batting glove that he used in the game.

So what's the coolest game used thing you have?

I have a ton of game used Rivercats jerseys, but my favorite item i picked up when last years Cal football team practiced at our high school. I got one of Aaron Rogers' wristbands and one of Jonathan Giesels gloves. so its not exactly game used, but isnt practice where the foundation for most games come from? ^_^

I own Darrin Fletcher's (Blue Jays catcher) home jersey from the 2nd half of the 2001 season -- of course what's notable about that jersey is the US Flag on the back of it (plus the AL 100th Anniversary patch and the Jays 25th season patch).

Hmmm. You would probably know CC97. What is the average life of an MLB jersey? I mean how long is a jersey usually worn before a player gets a new one?

Well the jays give each player two sets, first half and second half, each season... so my guess would be approx. 3½ months

I have a game used puck from an Islanders vs. Lightning game from when I was living near Tampa. The Isles equpiment manager gave it to me after the puck landed in the bench. I ended up meeting him again 5 years later.

I have a set of two stadium seats from the deceased Three Rivers Stadium as well as a bunch of artificial turf and Mens room signs from there as well...I also have a game used #2 Steve Wienke jersey from the first year of the Erie Panthers in the first year of the ECHL, and a #35 game used road Memphis Showboats jersey from the first or second year of the USFL.

I was at SBC park whenn they changed the name from Pac Bell. I tried to snag one of the old PACIFIC BELL leters but they were too damn big for no one to notice me just casually sneaking onto BART with one ^_^

I've got two college game-worn hockey jerseys. One from Northern Michigan Univ., and the other from Bemidji (MN) State Univ. Both are D-I (D-II for all other sports) teams most people outside the sport haven't heard of, which makes it neet when I wear them, as people ask what they are.

My father has a home-run ball he caught on Sheffield outside Wrigley.
