rmered
who need color when you have a hundred dollar bill? I'll bet most people don't have one on them, and I'll double it on most people haven't seen one. HurricaneDavid
here is the finished product...it turned out ok...but not exactly as I would have liked...what do you guys think? What's with the upside down "A" coming out of his head? And why only put his picture and name in the main bill? The ones above and below still have Franklin. I've never actually had my own, but for some reason my friend's dad always has $100 bills to give us when we go to the deli.Ok, off topic, you guys go back on to your little design discussion. I was going to do the other one's as gottfried too, but I didn't have time (remember I only had a couple of hours...not to mention about 25 other news graphics to do) Millican StudiosMillican Studios Blog
mjrbaseball
That looks magnificent.I'm sure you could probably do more with it, but with time contraints, that came out very well.Do you guys still only have 2 colours on your money? How quaint. You need to put some colour in your day. USA money is also all the same size ... I agree should be different colors and sizes.(But you guys have too many letters in "color".) Stampman
(But you guys have too many letters in "color".) Nah--that's just some AMericans being lazy and ahving one less letter to write or type out... rmered
Well, at least you found a use for the letter z (pronounced "zed")We virtually don't use it unless we're talking about the zoo.Recognise, Categorise and Polarise for example. Swiss
To get a very good Dollar Bill Face effect, using Photoshop, I recommend two plugins:- India Ink from Flaming Pear (www.flamingpear.com/indiaink.html)- Cutline from Andromeda (www.andromeda.com/info/cutline.html)That is an example I made with Cutline from Andromeda: It's great to be young and a Giant! - Larry Doyle

Kit
I've always been a fan of our (read: Aussie) currency (since it went plastic, I mean). Our notes are vibrant, easily distinguishable in a wallet, secure, can tolerate being put through the washing machine, and look nice.I have some foreign currency all over the place and I've yet to find any that really compares to it from a colour point-of-view.Does anyone know of any other countries which use plastic currency? Or even better, who use plastic currency and clear-plastic windows like here?Sure must make it difficult to forge. Not that it's particularly worthwhile forging our currency (what with it being worth diddly).
