VitaminD
I certainly do not mind. The more the merrier. And judging by YOUR avatar, I think you'd pass EN's strict loyalty requirements!"...one nation, under Reid, with L.J. Smith and Runyan for all." "Start spreading the news... They're leavin' today... Won't get to be a part of it... In old New York..."In order for the Mets' run of 12 losses in 17 games to mean something, the Phillies still had to win 13 of 17. Blue Falcon
George Halas will be turning over in his grave. Hmmm, maybe not. Apparently the Bears wore orange jerseys at some time in the 1930s, when Halas was a coach.
Proc
No mention of the Lion's in the throwbacks for Turkey Day, eh? Only in the new, black jersey? For what its worth, I really like the Lion's black jersey and I am more of a traditionalist. I guess when a team only wins one playoff game in your lifetime, you don't care what color they change to. Heck, pink would've been fine...just start winning something. I have the black jersey and everytime I wear it people comment favorably on it.

Joshawaggie
I bet the only difference between the Bears' fashion jersey and the actualy jersey is probably like a navy collar or something lame like that. Maybe white numbers. Note to Carolina, please wear the Blues! @josh_j12 CFA- Fargo Bobcats
mac
Credit to the following link goes to Gregg Easterbrook, who had it in his TMQ column today. Bengals Schedule and Uniform Chart So the bengals will wear the White pants 7 times in the regular season. The black pants 9 times and no orange jersey with white pants will be seen. We will get to see white and white three times, two more than last year. This is all assuming the team sticks to this plan. Does any other team do this where they map out everything they are going to wear for every game, pants included?
FiddySicks
Why are most teams wearing white at home during the pre season? On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: She’s still half convinced “Chris Creamer” is a porn site.)

griffelh
so how about this:bring back the fouts-era unis full time, and keep the powder blues as throwbacks for once/twice a season. Sounds great!!! That would be a heavenly dream for me, Icecap. I flipped over the Chargers in 1979 and have never looked back. My wife know that when the Bolts are playing, that all else in the universe cease to exist during game time.I don't hate the current look, but I think just a smidge more yellow would do alot to brighten them up (like my avatar!). The throwback are good for one or twice a year, but not beyond that. I actually scratch off games with the throwbacks as ones I don't want to go see.Wnd I just remembered...I would love to see the Seahawks in lime-green alts for one game. That would be cool, and require sun-glasses! The Fouts unis are the best, especially with the dark jersey. The Yellow bolt just looks soooo much better on the helmet than the white one.In my opinion, the Chargers current unis (which they have been wearing for almost 20 years, ugh) are the worst of their history. Any of their older combinations beats the current getup, but Spanos likes them for some reason.I believe the Chargers are the only team whose throwbacks definitively are better than their current getups....although I did like it when the Cowboys used the old number font like in the Staubach day; it was distinctive. sj32
Some teams wear white at home during the preseason because it is the only time many of the home fans will see the whites.
