Central hung in there with perrenial MAC powerhouse Toledo all game long, then took a 21-14 lead in the fourth. Toledo answered back with a field goal, then got the ball back with about 1:00 left in the fourth. With 4.8 seconds left, the Rockets had the ball on the CMU 5. They barely got the snap off before the clock ran out, but QB Bruce Gradkowski's pass was overthrown, ending the game. The crowd stormed on the field shortly afterwards.That was probably the second-best game I've seen here at CMU, the best one being the 2000 upset of Western Michigan. Never thought I'd be writing this, but Central Michigan is in first place in the MAC West. If they can win their final three games, the division title is theirs. FIRE UP CHIPS!
