Roger Clemente Posted November 28, 2002 Posted November 28, 2002 It may be a practice jersey, but I like that logo. Maybe with a white circle in it, it'd work. But you can tell by the CCM tag that it's at least two years old.--Roger "Time?" Clemente. Follow me on Twitter if you care: @Animal_Clans.My opinion may or may not be the same as yours. CubsFanBudMan Posted November 29, 2002 Posted November 29, 2002 I'm not up on the CCM history -- how can you tell its at least 2 years old? Is it a KOHO thing?I'm curious because I just bought my first hockey jersey. It was noted on eBay that it was a CCM jersey from the '90s, not sure why that's significant.
Roger Clemente Posted November 29, 2002 Author Posted November 29, 2002 The big blue CCM tag behind the collar was discontinued before the 2001-02 NHL season for the three-tiered gray-blue-gray tag.--Roger "Time?" OccarFoerge Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 If a Spammer Spams on a board and no one is around....
CubsFanBudMan Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 Thanks Roger. Nine years later. Guess if it hadn't been for the spammer I'd have never realized you answered. Going to dig out that jersey right now... but I will let the thread die again.EDIT: For the record, the red Panthers jersey I bought on eBay was so old it had no patch tag at all, just a small t-shirt type of hang tag. A white Panthers jersey I bought later has CCM in a rink on a patch. All this has nothing to do with any new Flyers logo, but I feel a sense of closure I didn't realize I needed.
