Okay, so with Kansas City, Georgia, and Philadelphia, the AFL now has 3 teams with nearly identical color schemes. And Dallas isn't that far removed.

For all the bird de lis haters I think the bird de lis isnt supposed to be a pelican and a fleur de lis I think its just a fleur de lis with a pelicans head. Thats what it looks like to me. Also the flair around the tip of the beak is just flair that fleur de lis have sometimes source I am from NOLA.

i do like their "updated" version to what they had before. I still feel something better could have been produced.

BTW, does anyone find the "Countdown 2 Kickoff" a bit strange?

It counts up and on my computer it says "-37987 Days" which is about -104 years away.

I might not be familiar with military terms, but if their logo is a stealth bomber, then wouldn't the "Kansas City Squadron" be a better name? Or perhaps the KC Fighter Wing? Or even the KC Bombers? When I think of Brigade,

I think more of an armed infantry of some sort, nothing involved with flying. Then again, the calvalry used to be known for being mounted troops, now it's known for being for gunship divisions.

We all have our little faults. Mine's in California.

Supposedly Kansas City Bombers was one of the finalists (and the one the owners wanted) but the AFL vetoed it because people might take it the wrong way (terrorism association methinks). Sure helps explain the logo.

Or it could have been the fact that "Bombers" is actually in the plural and "Heavens! We can't have an AFL team with a name in the plural! That's just not natural!"

Yes, they all may have shades of blue, black, and silver, but yet they are all different.

Philadelphia is sky blue-gren with graphite: Soul Uniform

Georgia is Royal Blue and Black:

Force Uniform

If you want similar teams, compare the Force to the Dallas Desperados:

Desperados Uniform

I don't mind the name or logo, because this was a quick name job (IMO).

The only thing I can't stand is that they are going have Carolina Blue as a team color. Sorry, but ditch the Baby Blue and just keep the Silver and Black with White as an accent color.

I can honestly tell you with 100% certainty that no Kansas City team will ever have Silver and Black as their only colors, and if I need to tell you why...well, that's just not needed.

I've decided to give up hope for all sports teams I follow
