I was a part of history last night...

Last night, I attended the first ever game in NHL history to end 1-0, with the only goal coming in a shootout. I was at the Flyers/Flames game last night. It was quite the boring game, I'll admit, but there were a decent amount of big hits. It was well worth it, considering my Peter Forsberg bobblehead is siting on my desk right now. I almost got to see my favorite player, Darren McCarty, drop the gloves with Brashear. Also, I saw three separate occasions in which McCarty gave a young fan a puck. I didn't see anyone else doing that...it was good to see someone so fan friendly, considering what city he was in. Philly fans aren't known as being hospitable to visiting teams.
