No mention of "The LeBrons" yet? They're my favorites right now, and the different LeBrons play off each other surprisingly well.

I love that commercial. I love the fake pimp Lebron, just because his voice is just so funny.

The new Gatorade one with Dwight Clark missing "The Catch," MJ missing the shot over Ehlo, etc

This is my favorite. I've only seen it a couple times though and its been a while. But, it's by far the best one in my mind.

Yeah I really like that one. Now if they could only do a couple more...

Elway misses Jackson and Dixon intercepts the pass in the endzone in the '86 AFC title game...

Renteria pops out in the '97 series...

Byner goes in for the game tieing score in the '87 AFC title game...

At least then I could at least see what it might have looked like...

Oh and then there's this one...The ref calls interference against Miami in the 2002 Fiesta bowl and the Buckeyes get one more chance in OT...Oh wait... that one actually happened. :D

I'm still mad about that. WORST CALL EVER. I still recognize Miami as back-to-back champs. The game was over when that happened. :P

The Mia Hamm "tribute" commercial, especially that cheesy ass part where hubby Nomah says, "thanks, beautiful" or some stupid :censored: like that.

That is exactly what No-arm Garcia-error says. That sound clip is in constant rotation on Boston sports talk radio. What a dope.

Nobody mentioned Donovan's mom and the soup? I'm getting tired of those.

What the heck is in that soup? One of the more recent installments in the series showed Donovan McNabb, Hank Fraley. and Brian Westbrook.

Hmm, let's see ... injured reserve, injured reserve, injured reserve.

Peyton Manning is really milking that MasterCard series. Just in case anyone didn't think he was a goober, the commercials really cement the persona.

"Let's go insurance adjusters, let's go!" sticks out for me almost as much as the oft-mentioned "cut that meat" and "d-caf! (bang, bang) d-caf!"

Anything using Love Train and involving Coors Light has got to go. That's an automatic channel-changer.

Lastly, there's this Nextel commercial with the guy with the boombox and his two co-workers breakin' it down to Salt-N-Pepa's "Push It." Too bad its only relation to sports is that I generally only see this commercial while watching NFL football. Still cracks me up.

Anyone Gretzky did in his playing days--wooden stilted delivery & acting--painful to watch.

More recent Gretzky ads have been better as 1-the commercial makers realize Gretzky's limitations

2-He may have had some acting lessons

3-He's lightened up.

Best ever featured Dave Tiger Williams' immortal line, "Or Lanny will eat the box!"

(Anybody else remember those? They were Canadian ones for McCain's pizzas--although they predate a lot of people here)

Comic Sans walks into a bar, and the bartender says, "Sorry, we don't serve your type here."

Worst: Diet Pepsi Machine. Nothing is even a close second (unless you count the Right Guard ads featuring TO and the Freak.)

Best: Tripple T"Get readdy to ride the train... the Pain Train bay-bee!!!!!! --- WHOOOO WHOOOOOOOO!"

"The views expressed here are mine and do not reflect the official opinion of my employer or the organization through which the Internet was accessed."

fajita can't be beat-a!

eh, cheesy but not the worst I can think of this year. that dishonor goes to a Time Warner commercial starring Pack fullback William Henderson. he's talkin to Brett, thanking him for all he's done...and predictably, it's not that Brett, but Brett the cable guy :P

I always wanted to see one of those MLB charities commericals where the players instead of showing kids how to slide...show them how to put dip in.

I'd laugh. Just think of lenny dykstra.

I'd also like to see them do more of those Gatorade commericals. Perhaps the other way though...

Steve Bartman pulling his hands away.

Don Denkinger calling Orta "Out"

Buckner fielding the ball.

Now THAT would be sweet.

Since Boston fans LOVE their pain I have a few others...

Bobby Orr missing his famous "flying shot" shot against the St. Louis Blues.

Larry Bird missing the steal vs. the Detroit Pistons.

Carlton Fisk's World Series blast curving foul.

Adam Vinatieri missing any number of his clutch kicks.

Dave Roberts being tagged out at second, killing the Sox rally.

Bledsoe geting up with no injury at all.

........

Okay some happy thoughts now;

Desmond Howard fumbling the kick return in SB XXXI.

Aaron Boone striking out.

Bucky Dent pulling foul.

Buckener grabbing the grounder. (had to be said again)

Len Bias celbrating being drafted by going home and having dinner with his mother.

Spike Lee getting drilled in the face with an errent pass. (not so much a Boston thing, I just think he was a distraction to the game)

We all have our little faults. Mine's in California.

The best ad has to be the Nike ad where Lance Armstrong's boxing, Agassi's playing for the Red Sox, and Michael Vick is a member of the Colorado Avalanche.  Just a cool commercial all the way around.

Brian Urlacher also was playing for the Avs in those ads too. I couldn't help but laugh everytime I saw Urlacher, a 300-lb. linebacker, check somebody into the boards at full speed.
