Every guy who does that invariably looks like some kind of Burt Reynolds dude stuck in the 80's with a cheesy moustache and Sasson stonewashed jeans on. Honestly, next time you see one of these miscreants, snap a picture and post it. We'll even photoshop on the Burt Reynolds pornstache and have some fun at the guy's expense.I've never once even considered tucking in a hockey jersey. We're meeting in a few weeks so I will do my best to get some photos to share.The price sucks too. The Florida Reeboks vs. the Toronto Reeboks. Every team's crest will be a different variation of the Reebok logo. Once they've completed changing the teams to all Reebok, they'll turn their attention towards the cities or states themselves. I mean, why call them the Florida Reeboks...when they can be the Reebok Reeboks! The United States of Reebok even! Imagine, the Canadian flag replaces the maple leaf with a Reebok logo! Correct me if I am wrong, but there was a report that for the 2006 Olympics Canada and USA would wear these sleek-looking jerseys and if it wasnt a good report of that, the NHL can jsut tell Reebok no thanks for the sleek-look jerseys and keep the present looks for the jerseys and more? This includes, the tucked in jersey, the 4-5 templates that will be used by all teams, the material of the jerseys, a few standard numbering/lettering font to be used instead of each team having their own unique font etc. The one thing I do not think will happen is changes to the original six logos. After that, anything is game from what I am hearing. As a person who currently ownes and authentic version of each teams home road and alternate (where applicable), I am extemely disappointed by this news. LoligerBS Posted January 21, 2006 Share Posted January 21, 2006 I started a thread on this a few weeks back...and there was none of this panic...one of the posters said the changes were not going to be too drastic, and now it appears everybody is freaking out and worried. I don't want changes that are that drastic either...But it seems like none of this is confirmed for sure...Until i hear an official announcement from Reebok or the NHL, i'm skeptical about that post...additionlly, don't you think the NHL would consult each team about changes to their uniform? More than any other sport, hockey seems to have a respect for history. So, it seems to me that the owners would not support the idea of having thier classic, decades old logos change drastically.
