TLChandler
I gotta be quite honest, the swingman versions of these jerseys were awesome. They were light gray and weren't shiny at all. I personally thought they looked really good. Don't get confused though, the ones they wore on the court were horrendous. They had potential, and the light gray swingman ones are better than the green ones they have now.

Trust me I've seen it so many times here in South Florida! "Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be eaten. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve. It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle. When the sun comes up, you'd better be running." - Unknown | Check out my articles on jerseys at Bacon Sports

Bucks6thMan
Wow... I'm starting to think I'm the only one who actually likes the Kings alts. And why so much hate on the Nugs and Sonics?Anyway, my noms for worst unis:T-Wolves... look like they were designed by a 8 year old. Bucks... maaaad dated. Why is it taking them (and the Wolves) so long to get rid of these mid-90's relics? I hope they get rid of the purple and silver when they do, the Bucks belong in green. I actually prefered that green alt with the purple buck to these.Sixers... Another mid-90's joint that has stayed around for waaay too long. What was wrong with the unis they had for Iverson's rookie year?Wizards... Just atrocious. Ugly shade of blue, gaudy font asymetical striping. Why did so many teams feel like they had to look like Power Rangers 10 years ago (see also: Bucks and Sixers)?
Bucks6thMan
BTW, note to Celtics. When you have the most championships in your sport, you're not allowed to have an alternate. You don't see the Packers in yellow or the Yankees in blue. And since when is Black a Celtics color? I might've forgiven them if they used yellow or gold. Cujo
So am I the only one that actually liked these unis??If not for that collosal choke-job against LA (which had absolutely nothing to do with what they were wearing at the time), these beauties would still be around. I got no quarrel with the Nuggets. the Sonics...well, I've already said everything I needed to say as far as that.as a fellow Bucks fan, I do agree with ya in a way. if the Bucks simply made green teh primary color, Mike Dunleavy's lasting error will have been fixed, finally. I don't care if they keep purple or not, to be honest, but next year I'm hopin for shiny new green unis. okay, not that shiny, but you get my point. logodawg
I'm going to have to disagree with you on that one. I think the maroon one is the best of those mid-90s mistakes. Pistons in teal?! BTW, thank you bringing those back-up, just as most of us Pistons fans forgot about those damn things!!!!! I once had a car but I crashed it. I once had a guitar but I smashed it. I once, wait where am I going with this?
StoneRaizer
There is nothing right about the Clippers. The uniforms are straight out of the 60s, the logo is bland and boring, the colours are too plain for LA.These aren't monstrocities like the Clippers but they do need to be cleaned up. First, lose that dual diagonal stripe. Second, with the stripe gone there's now room to move the uniform number to the middle and a bit further down. Third, not a big fan of the wide pants stripes. Shrink them a bit, make the wide stripes the same colour (black home, red road), make the narrow stripe uniform colour and move it to the middle to give a bit of a racing stripe look. Not major changes, but they'd really clean up the Blazers a LOT. FiddySicks
I don't get not liking the Spurs home gear. It has been basically the same for quite a long time, and the roads are only a mirror image of the homes which is the way it's supposed to be. Too boring. I would ahve loved to see the Spurs incorporate the colors from this logo just as an accent. Those colors with black and silver represent the Southwest than just boring silver black and white. TruColor
Here's a little better representation of that older Spurs logo:I don't know...Turquoise, FUSCHIA and Orange???Do we need an NBA team with Fuschia as a color??

You gotta admit though, it does reflect the South West perfectly. Maybee the Arizona Cardinals should switch to those colors. TruColor
Remember, the Blazers DID modify their road uniforms this year:And, a "clipper" is a sailing ship...the first San Diego Clippers logo had sails in the logo...MUCH better than the generic junk they have now. I mean if you use those colors...you might end up with this...or maybe a basketball version of this.... "Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. DaveRobertsFanClub
Oh, and what the HELL is a CLIPPER?!!!!!!!Maybe theyd sell some more jerseys if people knew what it was they ARE... A Clipper is a type of ship, kinda like the Bucs one in your sig. I've never understood why their logos or uniforms don't have anything to do with the team name. I agree that their unis are pretty bad.

Looks more 80s or 90s than SouthwesternSpurs are to the point where they should transcend regional color schemes and just concentrate on looking good. Red/black/white has nothing to do with Chicago. It just looks good. Red/white/blue isn't a representation of Detroit. It's just what the Pistons wear. Not that all teams should scrap regional color schemes: the Jazz needed a reason for their colors since their name doesn't have one. ♫ oh yeah, board goes on, long after the thrill of postin' is gone ♫

Yes, the word "clipper" is a huge mystery. Try looking, in oh, I dunno, a dictionary before complaining. Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.
