This hotdog is claimed to be from the seahawks game vs. the panthers, and i dont question it, but at the time of typing this a stupid hotdog from the seahawks game is worth just over $7,000 for some induvidual somewhere. unbelieveable.

ok, so now we've seen a hotdog, how about official seahawks air? about the only thing dumber than a seahawks hotdog.

Hmmm...let's see...pony up over $7,000 for a worthless hotdog that won't even be fun to own or display...OR...buy airfare, hotel and a great seat to the Superbowl to see your dream team compete for the Lombardi Trophy? Heck, if they win (which I clearly hope against hope that Seattle doesn't) buy a DOZEN hotdogs from the BIG game and proudly show them off in your China-closet.

i think i heard the seller is buying superbowl tickets with the money earned from the hot dog.

Hmmm...if that's the case...GOOD for the seller and TERRIBLE for the buyer! What was I thinking? And I am merely happy with a program, a ticket stub and some good memories! I never knew that I should be vacuum-sealing my lunch and selling it for high-profits!

I just e-mailed the high bidder and asked him if he is out of his mind. We shall see if I get an answer back.

I don't know what's sadder...the fact that they are selling the hot dog, or the fact that they made T-shirts up promoting this very hot dog for one picture!

Do you really need to vacuum seal a stadium hot dog? I think they maintain their normal level of staleness for several decades.

Jesus Christ people, IT'S A JOKE.

The $10,000+ will never change hands. People just bid things up like that because they're rediculous.

Yeah, it's dumb ... but let them blow $10,000 on a stupid hot dog. I just wish I was the guy getting rich off this.

I haven't heard back from that guy I e-mailed, so I have a feeling there are people who just look for dumb E-Bay Scams and put huge bids on them to try to jack them up in price.

It's NOT a joke. This guy is actually selling the hot dog, pre-qualifying people, and expecting payment. If you think it's a joke, then let's see your name on the "Winning Bid" line for $40,000 in honor of Superbowl XL!!!
