Yea he probably does have dual citizenship however he's considered an american play. He grew up in the US, came up through the American system. You can, for intance, be born in Austrailia to two american parents and still be an American citizen and a natural born Austrailian citizen. Andruw is playing for the Netherlands in the WBC....Mostly b/c Curacao is part of the Netherlands Antillies, which is a part of the Netherlands..so technially, Andruw Jones is a Dutch citizen. I heard somewhere that Jews can have both American and Isreali citizenship, just for being Jewish. Even if you have never been to Isreal. I may have heard wrong though.
