Plus, it's obvious it's Big Ben, having his name on their is a tad redundant. If you wanna keep it, I'd go with a font that matches the Steelers, or football, more. It also seems like there is a ton of wasted space along the bottom right. I see his face in there, but it's so light that it just seems like nothing. I'd find something else to put in that space.
