FiddySicks
ICS and Puckguy have just both sent letters to the NHL offices trying to push for the Stars to wear these, especilly when playing in San Jose. Squeaks4
This is all I could think about when I saw the jersyI sure hope someone here watches Jackass or Wildboyz so I am not the only one who knows this is.
ColeJ
if you just used shades of green and yellow it might look great as a special alternate. With just the green and yellow it looks just like the London Knights (OHL) current home jersey. which would just be reverting to a jersey the stars used to wear, only with black and green swapped.you wouldn't hear me complain. i'd love that as an alternate sweater. That was stupid, along with every other San Francisco = Gay joke. Its starting to get old. Have you ever even been to San Francisco? Yes I have. I have also visited about 300 major and minor cities in the world and guess what. San Francisco was the most openly gay city that I visited. I'm sorry if you feel that associating San Francisco with its gay population is getting old, but it is what it is. With that being said it is a terrific city to visit but the expense of daily life would make it impractical for most to live there. I never tried to argue that it wasn't. My argument was that just because something has a rainbow on it, it doesn't mean it's gay or represents gay culture...such as a throwback Alex English Nuggets jersey. Coast2CoastAM2006
yes i have been to San Fran. I know somebody in LA that does indy film I won't mention the name, that had a job for me to do in San Fran for an indy movie that was being filmed there a year ago. We commuted from LA to San Fran during the early stages of production. So I am quite familiar with San Fran and its culture. my whole point to my comment is that it the jersey would be better suited for SF than Dallas since I typically don't associate the gay culture with dallas. it was a light hearted jab. i do appologize if i offended anyone from that area, i am quite aware that the people that built san fran don't like being associated with the gay culture. In fact in enjoyed my stay there, its a beautiful city, i love the weather and I had some of the best seafood i have ever had there. Spoilers! Delux247
No other team in the nhl (perhaps all of pro sports) uses all six colours basic colours. - for a very good reason. I think this conveys more than intended. Remember the Denver Nuggets of old...
spyboy1
It's actually not that bad. In fact, I really like it. Only thing I might change is the dallas font, but other than that this is really nice.
