Cola
Preferably one that concentrates on logos although I know the basics are the basics. I have never been able to sit down and really get to work with it but I really would like to step my designs up. I thought paynomind had one on here but I couldn't find it.Thanks a lot. Squeaks4
The one by pcgd is really good, but just incase you are still looking I found a website that has put together a collection of different tutorials for Illustrator. Some are really useless and dumb, but there are a few good ones in there.Adobe Illustrator Tutorials

Cola
Thanks a lot for the help guys. Patrick's tutorial helped A LOT- I never realized how easy it would be to vectorize a raster image...just finally sitting down and learning how to use the tools is certainly worth it.This gives me a lot more confidence when designing logos from here on out...hopefully my stuff in the future will be all vector so look out! Awesome, really. Again, thanks guys!
Cola
One quick question though: If I want to save the image as a jpeg or gif so I can put it on the web or just save it to my hard drive...how come the EXPORT function makes it come out all cruddy and bad quality? What is the best way to export the image and save in those file types? Thanks.
Squeaks4
Go to File>Save For Web...From there you can resize your image and save it in a number of file types including .JPEG and .GIF....I hope that helps
