Ive been messing around with my NFL hockey x-overs, making updates and such

here is the Philadelphia Eagles hockey concept with updated numbers

I went and did a little reworking on my redskins alternate jersey. I decided to go with the diagonal rangers-style lettering rather then the big spear on the front. here are both images for comparison: updated redskins alternate, previous redskins alternate

and now Im gonna start adding new alternate jerseys to coincide with the new alts that were unveiled in the NFL this year:

Atlanta Falcons (red)

Houston Texans (red)

Miami Dolphins (orange)

Tennessee Titans (light blue)

more to come.....

there are to be no confrontational attitudes in this thread. anything remotely resembling a confrontational attitude including criticism of this disclaimer will result in removal of the links

Eagles: Looked good before, looks good now with updated numbers.

Redskins: Since they we're going for the "retro" feel on the actualy football jerseys, you made this retro in the hockey sense. Looks mighty fine with the NYR lettering instead of the spear.

Titans: Wow, this tranlates to a hockey jersey with incredible ease and good looks. I'd buy one in there were a Tennessee Titans hockey team.

The Eagles would look mighty silly with big wings on their helmets,

I think it looks pretty cool, actually.  The question is whether it would translate well to the varying helmet construction styles presently used, but since this is just for fun, I like it.

I updated the Cleveland Browns concept with the new block font and the AL tribute patch on the shoulders

I added four new alternates (all at the top of the thread):

a red texans, which is basically a reverse of the home/away kit I made for them

a red falcons, which looks like a devils home jersey mated with a thrashers jersey

an orange dolphins.....nuff said

and this one I didnt post at the top because I actually have two to share: an orange browns jersey. I made two versions of this one to see which one you guys like better. Browns hockey alt. w/ diagonal letters, Browns hockey alt. w/ dog logo

The Eagles would look mighty silly with big wings on their helmets, but I obviously know what you were trying to do with that one.

Excellent copy/paste and paint bucket work.

I figured it would be a stretch to put a logo on a hockey helmet in the same manner as they are on some football helmets....(I did the same thing with the chargers hockey x-over, the curved bolt on the helmet)

but Michigan's hockey team actually does have the same "wolverine striping" on thier helmets that thier football team does, so why not try it?

Falcons:  Probably the best of the bunch, it's amazing how well the Thrashers pattern fits with their logo.

Texans:  Tough one to do (being that Houston doesn't have an NHL team), but you pulled it off with something clean and simple.

Dolphins:  Despite the awful material, you did all you could with it, and it's definitely pallatable in this case.

Titans:  Glad you decided on the sword logo over the "flaming thumbtack" logo, good job overall.

I am so mad, my college won't allow url's with underscores. This means, that I can't see any of Shark's work at college. I'm sure its looking good as usual.
