so the stars are a different color, strange.

The stars are a metallic gold, similar to the gold on the sun/ear in the main logo.

I believe the words "MINNESOTA WILD" are actually in white, though.

Ok...I'm up working late, and I decided to take a break and look at this...the following is Nitroseed's logo, only using the exact Pantones, and using the adjustments Mockba suggested:
