TurnTwo
I recently downloaded a font called "Episode I". When I was going through the fonts at dafont.com I could've sworn I was looking at Albertus. Is this font just Albertus under a different name? Here's a screen shot of the font. I typed out "Washington" so I could easily compare it to the Nats logo. After comparison, it looks identical. Tazz013
It looks like it was made to look like Albertus, but if you look at the font paths, they're very different. Save the slugalo.
andrewharrington
Just a cheap knockoff. That's all. I still don't have a website, but I have a dribbble now! http://dribbble.com/andyharry [The postings on this site are my own and do not necessarily represent the position, strategy or opinions of adidas and/or its brands.]
TurnTwo
Just a cheap knockoff. That's all. How would one be able to tell that this is only a knockoff? "I must be butter, because I'm on a roll."Turn Two Design // Facebook

andrewharrington
The O is a dead giveaway in the direct comparison as well. Basically, if it's not called Albertus, it's a cheap knockoff. TurnTwo
by looking closely.Albertus:Episode I:the default kerning on the knockoff is a giveaway. Yeah, the O definitely is different. The serifs seem to match pretty well, but the spacing between the letters is way off.
