Actually, from what I can tell, it's stitched onto the jersey in thread in the same colour as the rest of the jersey. Except, since its stitched, it reflects light differently and therefore looks a little darker than the rest of the jersey in certain situations....I don't like the jerseys at all - in fact, the current Bombers jersey set is probably as bad as its been in the last decade, but if they've won in every game I've watched them wear them, so in that sense, keep wearing them.
