ashbob
Nice poster.... er..... logo..... Is that ball being hit from the bullpen? Yeah, whats up with that. Go to Michael Schwab's website and this "logo" would be classified as a poster.Logo or Poster???
pooter
When the best part of you ASG logo is showing the outside of the stadium and a ball landing in the bay, that is just poor design and thought process.Ugly....
mattyports
Yeah, really...I mean, I'd love to have that on my wall...but how the hell are you going to put that on a hat? That said, I don't really like the font, either.
philly97flyer
Knowing MLB, theres probably gonna be about 20 alternate logos/wordmarks. One of which will become more prominent ala this year, and will eventually end up looking good as a shoulder patch. Come on, you guys should all know better by now. Slickster
Nothing about it screams 'San Francisco' to me.
Tazz013
For logos, they all suck.http://tazz013.googlepages.com/07ASGlogos.pngFor artwork, it's not too bad, almost like something you'd expect to find in a CrackerJack box in the '50s. Save the slugalo.
RamblinGamblinTiger
Nice poster.... er..... logo..... Is that ball being hit from the bullpen? I was going to say that as soon as I saw the logo- If the "ball flight path" line came from higher on the right, maybe it would look like it was actually coming from home plate..... I wonder if this is a decoy logo to through us off- I can see it as a poster, but not as the final product...
TFoA
Here it is:2007 ASG logo The one from the first post in this entire thread was worse from an artwork perspective, but wayyyyy better as a logo. I'd go with the old one they had. Â Â
StampedeMark
Better image:Design is by Michael Schwab: http://www.michaelschwab.com/
NDwas
That should be orange, and not red StampedeMark.I like the new logo, but the splash looks awful. WTF? They got everything else nailed, but the splash is...well... Tomorrow's just your future yesterday.
njmeadowlanders
Yeah, its something that goes on my wall, not an all-star game program......it would work for a logo on something like those banners on lightposts around the stadium, but not as an actual primary logo...
