Coming Soon, however i got these two pics from a Cricket Australia e-mail

THey are going to the Baggy Green green in a change to the yellows used for the past 35 years, all names, numbers and other design features (a southern cross??) will be in metallic gold to give a true Green and Gold Australian feel...(quoting of the email)

And of course they have to have their 3 stripes on the sleeve

Schnikes! My ODI shirt will be out of style? What to do!

Better fire up the old slow boat from Down Under, because one's coming this way! :D

[Croatia National Team Manager Slavan] Bilic then went on to explain how Croatia's success can partially be put down to his progressive man-management techniques. "Sometimes I lie in the bed with my players. I go to the room of Vedran Corluka and Luka Modric when I see they have a problem and I lie in bed with them and we talk for 10 minutes." Maybe Capello could try getting through to his players this way too? Although how far he'd get with Joe Cole jumping up and down on the mattress and Rooney demanding to be read his favourite page from The Very Hungry Caterpillar is open to question. --The Guardian's Fiver, 08 September 2008

When I see green with gold accents I always think of South Africa. I get the whole "baggy green" symbolism, but gold has sort of become Australia's primary colour, at least when it comes to ODI cricket. I'll reserve judgement until I see them in action, but at the moment I think I prefer the old canary yellow numbers. :D

Typical adidas... first they changed the Socceroos to green shirts and now the cricket team. Rather mean of them to change now after we only got new shirts last summer.

Looks like a classy shirt all the same, even if I keep thinking it belongs on South Africa.

Has to be an improvement on the abominations they used last summer where the three stripes were randomly thrown on over the other design elements, that grey 20/20 shocker and the green "away" shirt despite there being no other yellow team.

adidas are smart here, they see $$$ coming in, and the World Cup is next March so they'll bring out another one then.....

and yes it does look like South Africa

Englands new kits look pretty shocking too

By the looks of it, they are trying to change the green so that its different to that of SA's, it looks to be darker and more bluish than bottle green. Interesting nonetheless.

Hopefully they will also keep a gold design to at least use against other green teams.

Should we do red on the whole shoulder, or just half the arm?

I don't know, let's try both.

Well, what about the collar striping, red or white?

I don't know, let's try both.

OK, well, should we do white piping outlining the red?

I don't know, let's try both.

And finally, what about the cuffs, red or blue? Let me guess, you don't know, let's try both.

Oh, and I've got a site.
