Albert (or Albie) Lopez who was traded from the Devil Rays to the Diamondbacks in 2001.

Same game though... Sterling Hitchcock of the NY Yankees (Traded by San Diego on 31 July)

[Croatia National Team Manager Slavan] Bilic then went on to explain how Croatia's success can partially be put down to his progressive man-management techniques. "Sometimes I lie in the bed with my players. I go to the room of Vedran Corluka and Luka Modric when I see they have a problem and I lie in bed with them and we talk for 10 minutes." Maybe Capello could try getting through to his players this way too? Although how far he'd get with Joe Cole jumping up and down on the mattress and Rooney demanding to be read his favourite page from The Very Hungry Caterpillar is open to question. --The Guardian's Fiver, 08 September 2008

Not Sterling Hitchcock I m talking about starting pitchers only in other words they started and won the WS Game.

OK, Jim Clancy of the Atlanta Braves, who was traded by the Astros on 31 July 1991.

Lopez was the last SP to be traded durring the season to a team that won the WS. (I misread the question)

Hitchcock didn't start his WS game but he did start most of his appearances that year, was traded and did win a WS game.

Clancy did not start his game, either. Avery did.

Mike Torrez was the last SP to be traded midseason to a team that won the WS and won one of those games as the starter back in 1977. Somebody may have started a game and won or a team that lost the series since then, but I don't think so.

Save the slugalo.
