Mingjai
But you got me on Michigan and Minnesota. Actually, thinking about it, you could include USC in that list too. Good call on the USC. There's also the beautiful Army jerseys:I'm a big fan of eliminating unnecessary white on colored jerseys. I think the difference between Army, Michigan, Minnesota, and USC's non-use of white and Syracuse's non-use is that the gold/maize contrasts a lot better than orange. Maybe if Syracuse somehow lightened the orange, it might be more visible. Visit my store on REDBUBBLE
hawk36
Love them. Want the 3/4 sleeve for cold games. Great colar detail in front. Bravo. Design Hovie Studios
Lumbergh
I actually really like these uniforms for some reason. Nice.
leedsunited
What the heck was wrong with last year's "new" look? Whatever happened to establishing some sort of tradition?
Survival79
Whatever happened to establishing some sort of tradition? They have established some sort of tradition... ever constant change. Rocky Mts
Well, orange on navy is bad for black-and-white newspaper photos, but they should be legible enough for TV. In any case, judging from old pictures I've seen, these unis are closer to those worn back in the '50s-'60s than last year's version. But I don't have a problem with either. tjpskillz34
I like the "updated" look, but I wonder if they will continue to wear white @ home. I bet this also spells the ned to the white pants. Please bring me some defense this offseason!!!
winghaz
Numbers don't have to be white. They just have to be easily seen.I don't think the new Syracuse numbers will be easily seen. Too dark an orange.
RyanMcD29
It looks alright. Might be too hard to read on TV, but they do look nice. And to the Northern NY comment with crappy logos, dont forget Cornell hasn't changed their hockey uniforms, which is easily a top 5 jersey in the NCAA Twitter: @RyanMcD29
Bleujayone
Woah...their 1-10 season affected them so badly they went out and got even newer uniforms? And if they still stink on the football field after this they'll be going even further back in time and adopting leather helmets for next season. We all have our little faults. Mine's in California. fufkin
So does this mean last year's experiment of wearing white at home is over?
