I'm starting to like the Bengals unis. If they just got rid of the black one and went with the orange and white ones it'd be fine to me.

I'm getting bored by the NFL's alternate rules. I used to be bothered by team switching jerseys all of the time, but they've worn me down. If the Bengals want to wear orange one week, black the next, then white, then Ickey Woods throwbacks, then Paul Brown throwbacks, then TATC unis made from real tiger pelts, I say go for it.

In the end, it's just a game and they're just entertainers. The NFL is basically a circus anyway (just look at this season's Super Bowl pregame show!), let the players dress the part.

That's cool that they list that. I wish they'd list the pants too...and when they wear black pants, please wear orange socks.

I wonder what's up with the Saint's whites at home and I hate (for instance when they play the Browns) when a division team ends up wearing the same uniform for both games.

This is only a rumor, but from what I understand the Bengals are supposed to be scrapping the black pants this upcoming season. Like I said, just a rumor...

The Bengals' uniforms are pretty decent now--but they could use somethings to make them better. And it starts with scrapping those dastard numerals of theirs. On the roads, I believe orange numerals with black trim would look SO MUCH BETTER. And then, about that white panel thing...well, I'm kinda iffy on that one. Maybe they should have just made it stop under the sleeve cuffs, because some players havie it going all the way up to the shoulder panels! (That is just BUTT-UGLY--but then again, the days of actual SLEEVES are fast disappearing, too.)

And I'm surprised no one has really mentioned anything about this much, but who besides me remembers the Cincinnati "Pumpkins" game last season against Green Bay? (This is the only pic I could come across.) Wow. Funny...that game was played right around Halloween, too. Orange and white--THERE'S a combo. (For some reason, that look kinda grew on me during the game...don't know why, but maybe it reminded me too much of my beloved creamsicles--perhaps...)

As to the Saints, I actually liked those gold alts they broke out against the Vikings a couple seasons ago. Maybe they are wearing white at home against the Bengals...or maybe, just MAYBE, since they got a new "golden child" in Mr. #25, they may showcase those gold alts again. That way, Bush (and the rest of the Saints) can be decked out in gold shells, gold tops, black pants with gold stripe (it could happen!--but it won't), and Bush can wear his "too gold" Adidas cleats and get fined again. But hey--at least he'll look good while getting fined...

Agreed 1000000 percent. Those gold alts are nice, the Saints black pants are nice, and Reggie ought to wear golden cleats every chance he gets. It's a look that died with Michael Johnson for no good reason.

Your photoshopped version looks a hell of a lot better than the pic directly above it. As far as the "pumpkin" look--and I don't mean to start a movement, but--maybe the Bengals should go to THAT full-time. (They can even include the white side panels if they wish). Or course, they'd do good to reverse the road numerals to orange with black trim, too. This is why I say this: after the Broncos and then my beloved Buccos ditched the orange, NO OTHER TEAM IN THE NFL HAS ORANGE AS A PRIMARY. So let the Bengals rep the orange--they look good in it. Get away from all that black. Orange is the way to go! (Besides, for whoever designed this saying the white panels were added to mimic the white ares of the inside of a bengel tiger's limbs, who in this world has ever seen a black tiger? So there you go...)
