Jezus_Ghoti
No light blue. No single-sleeve stripe. No lace-up neck.I compromised and put Atlanta on the sleeves. fiasco!
that's a sharp looking concept, good compromise....the only thing i don't like is the jaggedy trim on the sleeves (but that's just me, i don't like it on the real jerseys either) LinkedIn
vicfurth
You did put light-blue on the sleeves. All joking aside, this one is one of the better ones I've seen. Great job!
zer0dotcom
Fianlly! someone else has the idea to use that red as a main colour! The sleeves look a hundred times better than the real thing, but I still have mixed feelings about the ATLANTA on their. Good work!
CC97
I really don't like the light blue sleeves... perhaps navy blue sleeves would be better. --- Chris Creamer Founder/Editor, SportsLogos.Net "The Mothership" • News • Facebook • X/Twitter • Instagram
Jezus_Ghoti
I tried one with navy sleeves and also one with red. Both looked a lot better. I just left the light blue in because I imagined it wouldbe something that the Thrashers brass wouldn't be willing to compromise on. I tried to work in some of their ideas, in a way that was less vomit-inducing.
Notch Novelty
I agree with Chris, the light blue should be navy.

spyboy1
I really don't like the light blue sleeves... perhaps navy blue sleeves would be better.Exactly! That would essentially be the dark version of their current white jersey had they chosen to go the traditional route right from the start, instead of bypassing the three year waiting period for alternate jerseys by making their "alternate" their road jersey from day one and not having the traditional light/dark versions of the same design as most everyone else does.I can also understand your wanting to incorporate the light blue in keeping with the team's thinking with their new 3rd,Good job!JeffB Click here to read Third String Goalie - The Hockey Jersey of the Day Blog Click here to see my hockey and baseball jersey collection online ?You don?t like to see 20 kids punching 20 other kids. CDunn
When looking at your jersey, the light blue sleeves seem out of place to me. Maybe if the hem stripe thing was light blue, too. I do like using burgundy as the main color.Speaking of which, I did a concept using the red as the main when I saw the new 3rds. I see no need to start a whole new thread for a Thrashers 3rd concept, so I'm gonna tack mine on here if that's okay. There are two designs in the link. The top one is one I just did. The bottom one is the older one. Maybe the only reason I think the top one looks cool is because I'm still pretty sick. 3rds
