Another Sabres Jersey

I have been looking at your guys' concepts for a long time and I am always amazed at what great work you do. I tried putting together what i've heard the new jerseys might look like. The slug over the wordmark for the chest logo and the B with the sword on the opposite side of the C on the shoulder. This is my first time ever trying to create something and I know its not that great and not that creative, but I think its pretty good for my first time. Let me know what you think.

Why is the B there instead of the shoulders?

And even if this jersey was cleaned up that striping is pointless it would be virtually invisible on T.V or live at the game.

The Wordmark under the logo just doesn't look right.

And Why is there some weird efect on the jersey anyways???

And that's not to be mean so here's some way too make it better.

Clean it up, and maybe save it in png., make the striping more unique, put the 'B' on the shoulders, and take away the wordmark. try those things and it could look pretty good for a first job.

According to some internet rumor (allegedly a guy's Dad talked to Kevin Syllvester at a party to get this info) the "element not on other NHL jerseys" that Larry Quinn spoke of at his press conference concerning the Sabres new uniforms is the skewered "B" on the chest, opposite side of the Captain "C."

Quinn also claimed there would be a wordmark for the Sabres and used his hand pointing across his chest to indicate it would be part of the chest logo. This has also been spread around by people who have seen the jersey (radio guys, etc.), claiming the wordmark appears as part of the logo on the chest.

Anywaze as for the concept well you need some numbers on the arms, plus if you save png, it makes it look more clear. Good start but alot needs to be added to your concept.
