No, hated because....1) It has no legs (it's not like they just decided to use a buffalo head-they decided to go full body, but didn't add the legs).2) The other horn is yellow. It looks like an unhealthy growth, rather then a horn.3) It has nothing to do with the team name "Sabres". Fans have wanted something along the lines of the old logo for a reason-because it fetured sabres. The Buffaslug embodies the same problem the goat head had, only in a crappier package, because of reasons # 1 & 2. See, it's a vicious cycle. Numbers on the front is the "big suprise"??!!Wow they really blew it on this one, the slug stills sucks and the jersey is nothing to write home about. I will not but anything with the slog or a new jersey!! I wore t-shirt wit the old logo down here in in Miami tonight and I got stopped alotby people saying they wish they would go back to it. This was subtle, and funny in too many ways...I think the Whalers logo does it, since I'm a former Whaler fan it does feel like the NHL doesn't exist anymore.
